- Eligibility: Bere Akademie (Bere Rugbyakademie, Bere Netbal) is open to children between the ages of 5 and 16 years old. Children who wish to participate must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- Registration: To register at Bere Akademie, parents or legal guardians must complete and sign a registration form. This form includes important information about the child, including medical information and emergency contact information.
- Fees:
- Bere Akademie charges a fee for participation, which covers the cost of administration, equipment and coaching. Fees (registration and first month attending fee for the sessions you choose) must be paid in full at the time of registration. All fees are payable in advance. If for some reason payment can not be made in advance, a notification should be sent to: 067 885 9740 with the date payment will be made. (We need a payment agreement)
- No Bere Akademie gifts will be handed out if any fees are outstanding on the account.
- In the event of an arrears account, Bere Akademie will not grant any credit in respect of a missed lesson/s whatsoever.
- Bere Akademie reserves its rights not to refund any prepaid fees whatsoever.
- Attendance and Cancellation:
- One calendar month’s written notice sent by email (info@bereakademie.co.za) to the office.
- We expect all participants to attend every training session. If a child is unable to attend, we ask that parents or legal guardians notify Bere Akademie in advance on 067 885 9740.
- Conduct: We expect all participants to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any inappropriate behaviour, including bullying, will not be tolerated and may result in the child being removed from Bere Akademie.
- Safety: The safety of our participants is our top priority. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our players during training sessions and games. However, parents or legal guardians must understand that there is always a risk of injury when playing sports.
- Liability: Bere Akademie is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during training sessions or games. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is physically and mentally capable of participating in sports.
- Cancellation by Bere Akademie: Bere Akademie reserves the right to cancel training sessions or games due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to reschedule the session.
- Termination: Bere Akademie reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation in the academy if they do not comply with the terms and conditions or if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
- Communication: We will communicate with parents or legal guardians regularly via email, phone, or WhatsApp message to provide updates about training sessions and other important information.
- Social Media: Bere Akademie intent on publishing photographs on our social media pages of participants, if your child should be excluded, please send us an email to: info@bereakadmie.co.za
